Biography...

Robbie's road to fame started when he joined Take That when he was just 16.  He remained with Take That until 1995 when disagreements with the band and the management lead to his departure.  Incidentally Take That fell apart a year after Robbie's left.  

Robbie launched his solo career in the summer of 1996 with a cover of George Michael's 'Freedom' - it was an instant success reaching the top of the charts.



Since then Robbie has soared to international stardom with fifteen top ten singles including five number ones, four number one albums and he has amassed no less then 13 Brit Awards - which is more than anyone else in the awards history!!
