Biography...

Not to be confused with our very own British ginger Chris Evans!!!  As if you could make a mistake like that!

Chris took up performing in high school and after graduation, went to New York where he started training at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. His work in regional theatre in such Shakespeare plays as A Midsummer Night's Dream and Two Gentlemen of Verona became a solid base of experience. Evans also performed in Sunday Visitors at the Boston Playwrights Theatre.

In 2000, he made the leap from stage to screen starting with guest spots on such television series as Boston Public, The Fugitive and a regular gig playing Cary Baston in Opposite Sex. 

His breakout role as a popular jock in Not Another Teen Movie found him in high demand, Chris Evans followed with a role in the moderately successful comedy The Perfect Score before truly coming into his own before the cameras.  He played alongside Kim Basinger last year in thriller Cellular.

His most recent appearance was as Johnny Storm in Fantastic Four.
